Great - now we have two conflicting studies.

Hey misterE - wanna know the best way to get people to rally around your cause? Use yourself as a guinea pig. Do EVERYTHING you are constantly telling us to do (which I doubt you are), then show us how much hair you've regrown, or how much lean muscle you've put on, or how awesome your insulin sensitivity is (full bloodtest results plz).

You say your hair is better now because of these studies you found on google - now prove it.

I certainly don't trust the F.D.A. The problem with claiming herbs and natural nutrients can regrow lost hairs is that huge corporations can't profit from natural substances.

Wrong. They can and do profit very much in fact. The natural health food industry does profit tremendously when it sells its herbs and products. They specialize in it. It is a for profit industry with little regulation unlike the pharmaceuticals which are highly regulated. I think I trust the FDA scientific studies more than I would a corporation peddling their wares or some soy product for a profit.

I am skeptical when every time some study says that eating bird brains MIGHT have some positive effect on human longevity, and then you see every natural health food company around putting it in a bottle and pushing it in the media as a miracle cure youth serum. Yes true capitalism and profits are soon to follow. All based on a few studies and lets not forget, yes Oprah uses it so that proves its good. Not even a proper long term study, just buy some NOW!$$$$
