Hairlossgenerics.com terrible experience (ISSUE RESOLVED!)

i ordered a three month supply of finpecia from them in January, Monday the 23rd, and STILL have not received my product as of today, Friday, February 3rd.

customer service has been less than helpful. my requests to speak to a manager have been ignored. the tracking number they gave me does not correspond to any package on usps.com.

when pressed, they told me the package was shipped out on the 25th, but its now been nearly two weeks. as of two days ago, i had four pills left, and now i find myself splitting them because i have no idea when my package will arrive.

has anyone else had problems with them like this? im hoping that this is a fluke, but this really sucks.

i heard three somewhere that 3 weeks is normal for them from time to time

resolved!

so, kevin rands, owner of gourmetstylewellness.com, emailed me personally to resolve the issue. he was extremely understanding and helpful. from his email:

"You are concerned about your hair. Bottom line. You want your products so you don't miss any days. Totally understandable. I was on Finasteride myself for 3 years and I understand your concerns. You absolutely do NOT want to risk your success by missing doses. For your comfort, its good to know that the longer you're on the treatment, the less relevant missing a few days is. Finasteride treatment is a long term project (2 years +) and missing even a week will not do anything to adversely affect your hair. So I hope that gives you some peace of mind."

he was great about the whole thing, very generous, and he managed to put my mind at ease and reassure me a great deal.

we should all be very thankful a guy like him is looking out for us.
