Hairs Thick But Hairlines Receding.

Had a dermatologist say I’m not balding becuase hairs very thick. How true is this. Also what Norwood would I be. Put gel in hair so it’s eaiser to see.

Definitely a NW2. You do have some recession but many guys recede then stop. Look at the corners of your hairline without gel, if they are just as thick as the rest of your hairline then I would say you are not in an active state of balding.
