Hand tied full caps for sensitive scalps/ cancer

For someone undergoing treatment or I guess anyone with a super sensitive scalp, (where taped and glues are problems), can someone explain toa beginner what the situation is with monofilament hand tied? Am I correct in understanding these are the best in those situations ? And does anyone sell them for men ? Do they look ok or terrible?

Full caps can be attached by adhesives, ties, snugness (tightness) or a combination.

However fitted they will look the same. They can look pretty decent when done correctly.
