Heart Related hairloss?

My hairloss has been going into full throttle this past year (temple hair vanished) and something else accompanied this loss. I started getting heart pains quite frequently. Also another thing I noticed: my face gets really red very fast. Say I did 10 pushups, I would have a purple face. I wonder if it's because the blood that would normally flow to my head is being blocked by bad circulation.

I'm almost 100 percent sure this is the cause. All my relatives that have hair are healthy and take care of their bodies. However the ones that do have hairloss were the ones who drank alot and exercised rarely. I wonder if I was to whip myself into decent shape, would hair start to regrow? I only weigh 150 and I've been that weight since I was 16 (20 now).

Well, Im 24 and have been in great shape my whole life. Im very active, eat well and take good care of myself. I started loosing my hair when I was 18. My dad has a full head of hair, as does his brother and his dad, but my mom's side is full of bald heads. Its funny that you mention the heart pains cause I get those occasionally too and really didnt get them before a few years ago. I dont think excercise has anything to do with male pattern baldness.

you should definately try the exercise road, worst case scenario, you look good from the neck down......working out does increase bloodflow

i work out all the time, i am a hockey player but i doesnt do much for my hair loss, but jez working out makes me feel great

lift, start a regimen and kick some ***

Circulation has no effect on hairloss. If you're having heart pains and getting flushed when exercising....you might have more serious conditions than just losing your hair.
