Ok.. so I was googling stuff on hair loss, and came across this site/forum. I decided to join and tell my story, in hope to gain some insight and tips on how to handle all of this.
Ok, so.. I'm 23 and lost the hair all over my body when I was 16. Worst time of my life, made highschool so much more stressful.
About a year ago, my hair started to grow back. I had so much hope for it. Its about 15cm long now and I started gaining the courage to stop wearing wigs around my family and friends. But now its started to fall out again, at a stupid speed. I have 4 massive bald patches, and it makes me want to cry so bad.
The doctors are useless. They didnt help me 7 years ago, and they arent helping me now. They just tell me to "wait it out" because they cant seem to find anything wrong through blood tests ect.
I worked out that the whole thing that triggered it intially was the pill, but I havnt been on any birth control since I was about 20.
Its all so stressful. So hopefully I can find some useful people and advice on here
