Hey i need a diagnosis

So my hair is really thin all over my head, each hair is spaced out like a couple mm throughout my entire head. What is the cause of this or whats going on ?

This is completely impossible to answer.

Go to your GP and he will diagnose you. You could also post some pictures and we could help. If there is no receding hairline and your hair is diffusely thinning then it could be something other than male pattern baldness. Most likely it is male pattern baldness as most people who come onto this site have male pattern baldness.
