Heya everybody. I've just started a work-out regime. I hope I stick to it!!

What things do you do when to keep yourselves on track?

whenever i see a picture of a really hot woman (like jessica alba) it make me want to work harder and not eat a load of junk after a good work out.

also once you start noticing gains it will drive you on, knowing you can do better.

buy an mp3 player and put music you like on it, good music can really motivate you, especially on the treadmill if you run long distances.
