HGH

I usually like to do my own research on products before I use them, but the amount of information on HGH is overwhelming and I can't figure out which sources are legit. So if someone who has a good understanding of HGH can fill me in, than that would be great. Here are some questions that I have.

1) What is the difference between the HGH that athletes are getting in trouble for and the HGH spam emails that I get claiming to be the fountain of youth(if there is any difference)? Can someone explain the different types of HGH(if there are any)?

2) What are the substances in HGH that give it its benefits(one of the many benefits is suppose to be improved hair growth)? Is it essentially a high dossage of amino acids or are there other substances? If it has many of the same benefits of steriods, than it makes me wonder if HGH does help hair growth(since steriods cause hair loss), especially if HGH increases testotorone output.

3) Does it have any effect on hair growth and maintance? Has anyone here tried it for that purpose?

4) Is HGH legal? It is banned in most sports, but is that the same kind of HGH and does that make it illegal in the US?

5) Would anyone recommend or discourage the use of HGH? What are some legit HGH products/companies and not snake oil producers?

Thanks for any info that you guys can provide. I am considering adding HGH to my regiment, but it is hard to get good information on the topic these days with so much info floating around.

HGH (Human Growth Hormone) has many functions.

No! A high dose of the right amino acids in the right combination at the right time will act as a 'secretagogue' and stimulate your bodies natural secretion of growth hormone.

The reports of HGH promoting scalp hair growth are patchy and few.

Maintenance is simply hair growth that equals hair loss.

If you really want to increase HGH secretion dramatically, look into amino acid stacking along with resistance exercises.

Are you sure that there isn't any difference between the $20 bottle of "HGH" spray that some company is selling, versus the $1000/month HGH that AIDS patients pay for to help their immune system and is often sold on the black market(and used by athletes)?

What is the substance in HGH that causes the so-called benefits? Does anyone think/know if high amounts of amino acids improve hair growth, and has anyone tried adding amino acids into their regiment for that purpose?

It is the HGH molecule itself that is beneficial.

Maybe this will help. Have a read and tell us what you discovered.

The injected stuff is pharmacy grade and is potent and expensive. Most bottled stuff is BS but a few are legit in that they have extracts from glands. I use schwarts labs hgh. Hgh's impact I believe is through increases in igf-1

I see what you mean. Just go to http://www.quackwatch.org and search on Growth Hormone, not HGH. Then when you get the results page click on "Questionable Treatments" you are looking for an article by Dr. Stephen Barrett.
