Homemade spironolactone Cream

Hello, can someone help me make my own spironolactone cream?

I bought the spironolactone pills, cethapill and aloe vera,

Should I just grind the pills and mix it all? Or is there other way?

I read in another thread that making cream from spironolactone pills smells really bad and that you're better off buying S5 cream. Sorry if that doesn't help ;p
