how bad is my hair miniaturisation?

iv taken some close up pictures of my front hairline and one of my crown. I can see there are miniaturized hairs but im wondering if they're all miniaturized? I suffer from bad seb derm so im already on nizoral 2% now. it itches like mad all over my head. atm on my hairline it feels like im getting micro pins stuck through my skin and it tingles!

first 3 of hairline last one is crown.

you still have a defined hair line and no slick bald spots. still good. but in time good becomes worse, etc.

ive managed to find some finasteride from an online pharmacy thats a good price. very tempted to jump on it tbh.

Yes i have the same feeling! But you must first check up your blood on iron, vitamin-d and more of these stuff. Are you on any medication? If this is al good and your hair keeps miniaturizing it will be wise to use finasteride. I read that the son of dr. Rassman was receding a bit. He uses finasteride and minoxidil and he's still keeping his hair good after 10 years, how about that.
