i have been on topical on whole head and using huge dosis for 5 years now, but my scalp can't handle that sh*t anymore ( redness/ inflammation, etc...) But i know that many hair might have become dependant of this sh*t so even if i switch to oral i will get a shed . And how can i recognize a shed from the drop of topical or from the start of oral min?
I need to get an oral dosis which would sustain the previous topical dosis ... this sh*t is exhauting

There is no established way to this safely.

But you could in theory start taking oral min at the same time as topical and after a month of taking it try to start applying topical once daily and eventually every second day. And then you slowly stop. In your place I would research more on how min builds up in your system if it does and how that compares to topical.

This is not something you should do but I guess if you wont to be a case study for this. I wouldn't stop topical completely though, use it less often if that resolves inflammation.

Interestingly Kevin Mann claims he did it without topical and it was way better but then was scared of potential side effects from oral min.
He is clearly a good responder to even topical min so he had a significant response oral. Your case will most likely differ from his.

You need to change the brand, choose a brand with low PG . Did you tried the Foam version ? It is not the minoxidil that causing that, are the excipients use it in the lotion.
