I've had much success with dealing with anxiety and depression associated with different aspects of life, but not male pattern baldness. As far as i can tell its as final and permanent as death. Whatever part of you makes it to the other side, i guess that's what you'll be.

The object of one's depression + anxiety doesn't really matter. It's all coming from the same core beliefs, feelings and approach to life regardless of the particular hang up. When it comes to hairloss it's all about fear. Hairloss is a good opportunity to overcome fear and attachment.
Somebody mentioned meditation. Takes persistence to learn but practices like that reap substantial benefits and are life changing. Learning which foods are crap and employing the kind of dietary measures to tame stress hormones can be very useful too.
You can get past it![]()

CBT really helped me in terms of being depressed generally. I simply had to change how I mentally approached things, as my negative thinking was dysfunctional and self defeating. I thought I would fail, and I did. It's not been easy and I still have down days, but they are lot rarer now thankfully![]()
any suggestion to make us deal with anxiety and depression associated with male pattern baldness ? !!
