How do you get over a once in the life time chance?

I had the chance for love sex and a relationship but I blew my chance, then my hair receded and being an ugly short male I can not afford to lose any points

. I looksmaxxed incredibly hard in the first place to get a girlfriend. I was at my "peak" when i was with her.. my peak being a 6.5/10 but any slight drop to my physical appearance (e.g. hair loss) would have huge ramifications. Now i'm a 4/10. So please don't say "you can get another gf again bro!"

To make it worse, I take finasteride which has reduced my libido and ability to f***. So now i have to live knowing the fact that i cant even f*** like i used to nor get a gf like i used to. How does one just not care and get over it?

You just answered your own question with a question. I think the only way to move on is to contact the girl and have closure. Ask her why she cheated on you? And would she want you back?
