How does Rogaine foam look after it's dried?

I have short hair and like to wear it dry. Does your hair look like it has gel/mousse/hairspray in it when you use the foam? If you like your hair to look dry, will the liquid be a better choice? Thank you.

from my experience in my opinion if you're concerned with the look of your hair go with foam

the liquid can take awhile to dry and when it does your hair may look dry or have a white powder on it

the foam dries super fast and doesn't quite leave the residue on your hair like the liquid does
