how neccessary is Nizoral when using only finasteride?

I've been on finasteride 1.25mg for 6 weeks now, along side Nizoral 2% 2-3 times a week. But I get huggggeeee sheds when using Nizoral. When I use T-Gel Coal Tar shampoo I get minimum to no shedding. So how neccessary is Nizoral use with finasteride?

Mods please don't move this to the shedding section. That sub-forum is dead and useless. Plus, this question is mainly about the neccessity of Nizoral rather than shedding.

If you are really sure that nizoral causes damage (increased shedding without staoppage) than quit it. I also notiiced that i shed more on Nizoral, so I don't use it anymore. However, it may be imagination, too.

Shed is a good sign for every treatment, maybe nizoral do the job well.

Every 3 days should be enough. Keto actually stays in the scalp for up to a week, but of course the concentration lowers over time.

The shedding you experience is probably from finasteride, and should be a good thing. nizoral 1% is good for the scalp and help against the immune response to hairloss. And it actually strengtens the follicle, reduce inflammation, grows more hair. It's a proven stimulant.
