How to make certain topicals?

I was wondering if anyone knows how to take finasteride topically? What can I add it to in order to use it topically? How many 1mg tablets would I need to take as well? Also can you just add Vitamin B6 (I have it in powder form) to water or does it need to be in anything else if I wanted to use it with Zinc and Azelaic acid for a DHT blocker? If I am making a topical Cert mix, could I add either of the finasteride or the B6 to that mix? Would any of these cancel each other out?

Ain't gun work. And if it will, it will get absorbed into your bloodstream anyway so just take it orally.
