When they say part your hair in six areas......i don't quite understand exactly how that works. I have hair approx. little over an inch long. When I apply minoxidil, I start from the back and move to the front. I part the hair.....dot the applicator in a line and spread it with my fingers. I then part another section and apply, rub...so on and so forth. It seems to me that the directions tell me to part it all at once. How is this done? I'm trying to find an easier way to apply this stuff because right now it is a pain. And they say it isn't really necessary to rub the solution onto all parts of the head where i'm thinning but I feel uneasy if I don't do this. I would say I part it about 10 areas. Is this unnecessary?
