i am confused

i am using folligen products at the moment but i know i need to add dht
products to my programme.revivogen or crinagen i have read good and bad about both but i don't want to use propecia cause of it's side affects
does anyone know what can be used with folligen regarding to dht products.by the way does wearing caps encourage hairloss i know
it's a silly question.thanks for anyone's info.............
