I have telogen effluvium & all the hairs falling out have a while bulb on them

Its normal shed hairs. That is what it means. Will take a few months for a new hair to grow in its place.

I know what it is, if youl look closely at your hair youl see white areas around them, every hair has her white area, that's what giving the white look to the scalp, when the hair fall with her white mark your ****ed cuz it's part of the scalp
