I was under the impression that hair follicles of men with male pattern baldness were genetically programmed to be more sensitive to Testosterone, via DHT, than the hair follices of men without male pattern baldness. I think this whole "bald guys have crazy sex drives and huge dicks" is a wives tale.

I wasn't under the impression women 'agreessively seek' out perfect hairlined men, infact I think you'll find most women over the age of 18 don't give a crap about whether a man has a 'perfect' hairline or not and don't give it a second thought if he hasn't.

Thats BS. Check the online personnal ads, you will see lots of women asking for guys who are not losing there hair. But there are some real picky women out there also.

I would say it matters to about half of all women, but half of those will disregard it if they like the guy and like other things about him physically. So 25% of the girls out there you can forget about.

Balding is better than being fat or short, I will say that.

I treat generalising information with healthy scepticism. Who's ever picked up a women's magazine out of curiosity to see their tips about the male psyche. aka pulling guides? Some of them make me laugh out loud they're so wrong. Likewise our attitude towards the way we think they perceive us. I genuinely think attraction is about how you feel with someone. Point being, if you treat going on the pull like an amateur evolutionary scientist, expect to get treated like an amateur evolutionary scientist. Don't worry about it - if you keep on doing the things you enjoy and meeting people things just have a habit of clicking. One of my best mates, who incidentally is a male pattern baldness case like me, and who I thought was headed for a downwards spiral of womanless drug-induced pointlessness has now found a girlfriend who's into the same things as him.
