Is there a problem with that?
First I took 3-4 months in 12hr cycles, but my lifestyle isn't the most regular one so I noticed that I can live "normally" if I apply the doses on every 16-18th hour and I have been done like that about a ½year. The results have been pretty ok but now on 8-9th month I've been starting to shed those new hairs 0-3 on every time I apply the foam. Is it just "normal" shed or is it a cause of my weird cycle?

How often you guys apply the foam? Do you keep that 12hr cycle? ie. 9am & 9pm, or is it 7am & 9pm etc..

Yeah its usually 12 hour difference for me. First thing in the morning and sometime before bed. But i did an experiement of christmas and started applying my minoxidil just before bed then setting my alarm around 4am (5 hours later) to re-apply the second dose. During that month I got incredible results! I think keeping the applications close to together then waiting 20 or more hours before the next application seems to work wonders. Just my personal experience. But most of the time i stick to the 12 hour thing.

The recommended dosage is TWICE a day. People who use it once a day are wasting there time. Why cant people just follow/listen to simple instruction, its writen on the packet :shakehead:

You really gotta do your research. This is why, for the most sake, I take what people say on these forums with a grain of salt.

Read this - http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/...ez.Pubmed.Pubmed_ResultsPanel.Pubmed_RVDocSum

I'll take a controled scientific study over any laymans opinion anyday.

Conclusion of the article "The efficacy and safety of combined 5% minoxidil and 0.01% tretinoin once-daily therapy appear to be equivalent to those of conventional 5% minoxidil twice-daily therapy for the treatment of Androgenetic Alopecia."
