inflamed spots on scalp

I just recently got these two spots that hurt when you touch em on my scalp. I think its a zit but on the scalp where there is hair. whats the best method to reduce its size or eradicate it! its extremely annoying, any advice/experiances?

would this inflamation cause me to loose hair in that area? that just crossed my mind as well.

well, i have these soft spots that are sore to touch too, they feel like bubble wrap, and when mine broke, i lost hair where the spot was, although it seems to grow back, its a big time pain and i dont know what it is, but yours could just be acne and if thats the case, i doubt there will be any hairloss. i had ringworm like 5 months ago, so im wondering if im having jsut another outbreak or soemthing
