Inhouse Pharmacy's Fincar

I have been using Fincar for some time since my transplant. It is very cheap compared to Proscar but I am concerned that it may not have the same properties. I emailed them and they gave me this answer:

No it is not true. Cipla Pharmaceuticals who make Fincar are an FDA approved
manufacturer
and also listed on the NYSE.

They would be one of the largest manufacturers in the world. Many
pharmaceutiocals are now
manufactured in India but drug companies lke Merck will not admit this and
also will
not say country of manufacture on their packaging usually only stating where
they are marketed.

You can take Fincar with confidence

Why wouldn't finasteride have the same effects as... finasteride?

Merck are charging extra for what? A brand? Most doctors in the US will prescribe the American-branded Propecia over the Indian-branded Finpecia although I've heard of some cases on here where doctors have recommended saving the unnecessary spend and go for Finpecia/Fincar.

Just shows you what marketing can do.
