Interesting Thing About Altered Carbon

For those of you who watched netflix's new show (it's dope), you know it's happening in a futuristic world. The directors have put a great effort into a lot of details in the environment on this show but also into the actors/characters.
So far i haven't been able to spot one single bald character nearly all male actors are nw1-1.5. And seeing how much details they put in those 'futuristic' human bodies, i guess that they deliberatly included their vision of no hairloss in the future ?

When I was watching the show, I had the same thought, but then again the main actor seems to have some recession action going on

I thought the opposite. Like damn all this time and all that technology and they still haven't cured baldness. I mean sure nobody is completely bald but couple including the lead show signs of it.
