Is It A Double Crown Or Is It Balding?

Hi guys, I have posted before and since then my hair loss has improved as I'm using treatments, but as you know hair loss can cause anxiety regardless or how bad it is. I've noticed this more recently now, but I'm not sure if what is in the picture is balding or a double crown, I've been told by Barber's that I have a double crown there before but it had always been longer not shorter, should I take this into concern regarding my hair loss, what's your
