hello all, last February i posted some pictures asking if it’s telogen effluvium but got one response. Meanwhile my hair changed a bit as well. Now I am posting with new photos. Kindly tell me what do you think if it’s male pattern baldness or Telogen Effluvium.

I lose hair a lot when I brush or simply when I pull. Besides that my diet is very poor. Also I have severe anxiety. :(

This is what I'm wondering my son has. I thought he had white sebum balls in his hair but lately I have noticed there are single/double hairs attached to the large bulbs. I have never seen bulbs that big from any of my hair in all my 50 years! Do your hairs have large white bulbs attached?

That's definitely patterned baldness. Your hair looks similar to mine, where we lie on the Ludwig scale rather than the Norwood scale.

I have white bulbs attached to every hair I shed. Some large and sometimes 2 even 3 hairs on a bulb. I think is just part of the balding process.
It depends on the shape of the bulb. Club shape is telogen. I also read it doesn't mean the roots dead if hair comes out with a bulb attached.

But Telogen Effluvium can accelerate male pattern baldness if it's in your genes so having Telogen Effluvium can appear as male pattern baldness. Check nails for beaus lines/horizontal ridges.
