Kind of freaking out. Got a hair cut two weeks ago and my hair goes to my shoulders now. I sometime after this I noticed I started shedding a lot of short hairs. 1-3 inches long. Majority of the hair I’m shedding is short. I think these shorter hairs are also lighter than my linger hairs? Or many of then are/the hairs I could get ahold of. The hairs also seem to have hair bulbs on the root, but the bulbs are extremely tiny. Almost impossible to see. I lose around 15 short hairs a day. Ranging from a centimeter to 3 inches, mostly 2-3 inches long. I looked up a lot of stuff about what’s going on with my hair and what I think is happening/fits and Androgenetic Alopecia seems likely? Maybe the earliest stages if Androgenetic Alopecia ir development of it? I an definitely hoping it’s not Androgenetic Alopecia and just weird but normal shedding and will stop soon
These photos aren’t best and possibly not the most accurate since there’s not many here and don’t show the variety of hair I shed but this was what I was able to grab for photos for now. The right photo, the lighter hairs are the short ones which makes me worry about miniaturization
