Is my hair bad? 24 next month. Not exactly sure if I am thinning as my hair is long.

You don’t need finasteride, but you most definitely need a haircut. Why would you choose to look like that? It’s like dumpster-chic or something. I can’t tell if your hair is naturally that greasy or if you’re overconditioning the sh*t out of it, but it’s in the worst possible state for long hair unless you’re going for the homeless, style my hair with kitchen grease and never bathe look.
