Is Loniten (Oral Minoxidil) worth it?

Hey guys, I'm 21 years old and I've been balding since the age of 16. At 20 I decided to get on the big 3. I had some regrowth until the 5th month, but now I'm on my 8th month of treatment and my hai lossr seems to have stabilized, no regrowth and no shedding (I see my physician every 3 months to take and compare the pictures).

I'm a NW3.5 (maybe a little bit worse) and looking desperately for some regrowth so I might add 5mg of Loniten to my regime. I don't think I'll get much regrowth switching to dutasteride and Oral spironolactone is definitely not an option.

I just want some thickness on the frontal area and on the crown, I'd be *****ng happy with a solid NW3.

Of course I won't take anything without consulting a doctor.

Any thoughts or experiences with this drug?
Is 5mg enough to notice some regrowth?

How are you guys even getting your hands on loniten? Is it even approved for hair loss?

It's not approved for hair loss. I'd take as a off-label treatment. In my country you can buy most of the drugs with no prescription, I dont think I'll have any problems trying to buy this stuff.
