Photos are deceiving, I would make a video much easier to tell the extent of the hair loss. It looks normal to me.
It's important to take care of your hair early on, so consider using minoxidil or visiting a dermatologist to identify the issue and start treatment; I don't think you need PRP or any additional treatments at this stage.

No, it's not. Don't take advice from the person above, otherwise you will end up damaging your hair and health in the long run. Some unprofessional dermatologists just prescribe whatever they think it suits their patient's description, and you do not want to deal with finasteride side effects, do you?

Sides of finasteride has been permanent for me. Its a very bad drug.

This website has always been a den of fearmongers. I am glad I did my own research and didn't let myself fall for misleading advices that could have put my health at risk. Majority of people who come here are young, naive and desperate, as I once was when I joined the forum. When some degenerate loser offers so called advices to an 18yo with a solid nw1, chances are the person WILL sink into paranoia; even deeper if they are already in a fragile state of mind.
"Yeah you are receding. finasteride + dutasteride + min + keto, it's your way to go" how many times have I read this low IQ comment here? Many. And how many fell for it? A lot.
Giving advice is one thing; pushing extreme solutions without any real need is borderline irresponsible.
