Is My male pattern baldness Diffuse Or A Normal Pattern?

I'm losing density all over my crown, midscalp and the front, it started with my vertex. I have pretty much no recession and my hairline is still intact, I also have horrible seborrheic dermatitis that can't be treated with nizoral anymore.

This picture isn't the best but you can still see the thinning parts well, this is with my hair wet.
