Is This A Balding Or Cowlick? I'm A 18m

I'm 18 and just got a haircut and had my hair oiled... However one part on the top of my head looks like it has less hair... Is this a balding crown or Cowlick or idk??

You should see my hair with oil... yikes.

Oil is worse than water in making your hair look think. Put water in your hair and see if you have that same thin spot if you do it could be thinning slightly, or it might not be. It’s a bit early to tell.
