Is this DUPA hair loss and not male pattern baldness?

These pics are my hair at its worst under flash, I had a beanie on all day so my hair was a bit greasy and messy.

This is my hair from 2018 when I first joined the forum, it's the only pic I have to compare

Possibly, but you’d need to cut it shorter to see. The top looks very full however (at least from those angles). If it was dupa then I’d expect it to be spread out more.

The top is thinning but no where near as thin as the back and sides. I have maintained the top pretty well with treatment over the years. The back and sides seem to have kept thinning on treatment.
