Is this regimen counterproductive?

Nizoral shampoo and Rogaine foam. But nothing else. It's all I can really afford right now, at least until some new insurance kicks in and I can hopefully get on Propecia.

Is just taking Nizoral and Rogaine a waste of time though?

5mg generic finasteride is apparently sold at walmart and target...$9 for 30 pills which would be a 4 month supply if u cut it into quarters.
