I've Been Losing An Insane Amount Of Hair But No Obvious Signs Of Hairloss

Every time I run my hands through my hair at LEAST one strand falls out. If I rub my head for a minute about 100 strands fall out. They all have a white bulb on the end if that matters at all.

Despite this my hair loss isn't yet noticeable (even to me as a person who is involved in the hair loss community).

Do you go by what's on your head? Or what falls out? It's stressing me out.

hey man, im going through a very similar problem, ive been to various websites and forums and read that this is normal, the best way to deal with this is to not stress too much about it and try rubbing your scalp less. With me on some days i wont find more than 20 hairs fallen from my scalp on other days i'll obsessively rub my scalp and watch them fall out and stress, so my best advice is dont stress and dont pull too much on your hair

until they are growing back alright, it doesn't matter how many hair you lose, the problem is when they don't grow back or grow back thinner and crippled.

If you are losing hairs at a rate faster then what ur body grows over time you will lose a lot of density. Trust me, the same thing happened to me and now im visibly thin.

Same thing started happening to me, about 2 years ago, and here I am now trying to figure out whether my hair thinned, or am I going bald, or is it still good.

One of solutions for that problem that I was given at that time was to keep my hair very short which I did for sometime but then decided to let it grow again.
