He's the owner of cool piece. He quoted me $300 for my double piece, which is under 80 square inches. But on seeing the template in his hands, he said it is asking for a mistake at the factory, and should be ordered as two separate pieces for $200 each. But this time he'll keep his quote and only charge me $300. That was nice of him.

yeah, so while the piece is way less than pieces of the past, it still is not cheap. Got to take care of it.

If I can just get my 24 square inch piece down to 20 square inches, they would only charge me $100 each. But what thin spots should I leave open? The frontal tough? Saving money is tempting, but maybe looking good is worth the extra $25 per month.
