Just bought the liquid

Just bought the rogaine liquid and wanted some advise on application. I have some frontal Recession and thinning. I would like to apply it to the front of my head and temples. Is 1 ml for all of that? Can you lightly rub the stuff to the areas you want it? It is way more tricky then the foam.

Use whatever you need to cover the area which will probably be less than 1 ml.
