Just got my first propecia prescription, but I'm afraid I'll get bad sides

I'll be happy to just keep the hair I have now, but I'm worried about some of the sides such as depression, suicidal thoughts and confusion. Really don't wanna be dealing with that. Not even sure what confusion means in this sense

Dude just try it out... if ever you consistently feel those effects just stop... u prob have a 0.01% of having any lasting side effects once you stop

Don't take it then. I'm sure the side effects of going bald will be much more in your favour as opposed to the 2-3% chance of developing sides from finasteride.

It's not going to hurt to at least try Finasteride, there are many men who take the medication without any side effects. I take Dutasteride and haven't had any problems.

Just give Propecia a try and see how it goes. Side effects are unlikely to happen and if they do legitimately occur, you can just quit the treatment and they'll subside.

I highly doubt depression, suicidal thoughts and confusion are direct side effects of propecia. Rather, they are experienced by those unfortunate enough to get persisting ED and lack of libido from the drug. You have a very good chance of not getting any side effects. The only catch is that if you do get permanent sides from propecia there is nothing you, physicians or even endocrinologists can do as with many hormonal health issues.

Just like any medication and what my docs told me, if you ever feel any sides, you can get off the drug and it would make perfect sense that your body returns to its normal state.

I am 4 months in and my hair has already improved- it has just become like taking a multivitamin i dont even think about it
