Hey all,
Little while since i've been on here.
Last week was prescribed a combo tablet of 1mg finasteride and 1mg minoxidil. I wasnt even aware you could get minoxidil in pill form. Id much prefer to pop a pill than rub sh*t in my head every day.
Anywho... has anyone had experience with this? I've been doing reading and people say you should use a diuretic but from my readings you really need to be taking upto 40-100mg to condone this.
I've got a 3 month prescription.
I'm very nervous. Just like I was with finasteride i suppose. I'm sure you can all empathize. In saying that, I'd probably swallow plutonium if it would help.
Anywho, I;m only diffuse thinning at the hairline. So hoping this will help as I've been on 125 mg finasteride for about 6-7 months now with no real change.
I'm almost considering giving finasteride another few months to see how it goes. People always talk about a shed. My issue is I've always had so much hair that ive always shed a lot. ever since i can remember. So it hard to distinguish between losing hair and a shed.
Anyway, any advice, support is appreciated.

PS I also take a lot of supplements and have just got some modafinil for work. Plus im a heavy pot smoker.
