We've heard the big 3 spiel all over this site, and while the consensus is that it's pretty legit, are there any tips regarding changing your lifestyle to stop your thinning and have a healthier head of hair? I'm talking about:
  • Diet
  • Hydration
  • Exercise habits
  • Sleep habits
  • Supplements
  • Use of drugs/alcohol
  • Sexual activity
  • Meditation/destress
  • etc.

yeah change your life style to include taking a propecia pill each day. None of what you list matters at all for hair. You should be on a diet/exercise routine regardless of your hair, but since most men are doing that and are going bald as they get older anyway its clearly not influenced by that.
I knew old smokers that died with zero hair loss so I just dont buy into the environment playing a big role in male pattern baldness even if maybe it does for other diseases/conditions. I dont think medicine has a clue honestly and neither do I. Use what works and hope for the best.

Have a lot of sex. It does not help with hairloss but if you go bald you can say to yourself: "at least I had fun before".

no, there are not. We see people who are super, super healthy go bald every day. it's genetics.

I quit smoking a year ago but still vape, use 6mg in nicotine e juice. Wonder if it has any effect on the a scalp.
There is definitely a theory about scalp hardening and fibrosis being linked to heart disease which is something my NW6 grandfather also has, so a bit worried about the effects of cholesterol and nicotine now

I don't think nicotine is the problem. It's the carbon monoxide and other substances found in cigarettes that could have some effect( probably a negligible one on hair loss). I've just quit smoking and now vaping myself.

Few meaningful correlations between lifestyle and male pattern baldness have been established. I've heard people suggest that ostensibly healthy lifestyle habits may have a deleterious effect. Others have suggested that obese alcoholics may be protected from aggressive balding. The bottom line is that I wouldn't modify my lifestyle based on hair loss alone.

It would be a good idea not to smoke as that's just terrible for your overall health.
And smokers usually look like sh*t after a while. So if your gonna go bald, it'd best to quit smoking so you don't have the terrible leathery wrinkly skin to go along with it.
