Long-Term RU-58841 use, any reports over years?

Is there a general consensus on RU-58841 long-term efficacy? I saw a few reddit threads but the comments were mostly crickets. Some said they saw a few posts on this forum claiming the efficacy tapers off after a few years and it is not longer effective. I would definitely keep it in my stack were in not for the prohibitive price of getting guaranteed genuine product.

Long term RU usage has resulted in me eating dog meat. I suspect it’s because it’s all sourced from grey market labs in china
