looking bad in pictures

so i dont get this, i just saw pictures of me from the other night and i look so much balder than i do in the mirror. the recedng hairline and the temples just look so much worse and even after that i go to the mirror and i just dont see it look like it did in the picture. and its not like there was any extra lighting when the pictures were taken. whats going on.

it is probably a combination of flash and seeing yourself from different angles. perhaps a bit of being overly self critical too, which we are all guilty of...

I agree..the flash is a killer.... i also noticed that pictures from different angles that I am not used to seeing myself also makes the receding look much worse.

I agree with fallenstarinc. The problem is definitely seeing ourselves from angles we normally don't see, and being over critical.

I was on a trip this past weekend with a bunch of my friends...

I took people's cameras to 'look through' all of the pictures

every one I looked too bald in, I deleted and didn't tell them....hopefully they forget they took it.

Some of them were great group shots....I am an awful person.
