Most peoples lives are led by what the tv, papers, radio, magazines etc tell me. Leemings the lot of them, no heart. This(apart from baldness looking odd/different, and thus others being afraid of contracting this malformed affliction) is the leading factor in why baldness is ridiculed so much.
Yet again, another advert advertising mens grooming products stating "you only feel a real man when you have a full head of hair". Oh is that right! I, and the rest arent real men then. The problem with this comment is the masses believe this, hence the hatred for baldness. Ive stopped watching TV.
The only time I "groom" myself, is when Im wiping a load off my hairy, manly torso with a unwashed sock.

People dislike bald guys because they look bad. The media doesn't force them to dislike them. The ridicule by the media is just a side effect and people agree with it because it is true.

The media lambasts bald guys and they wonder why we are insecure. Then they can make the excuse that it's not the baldness rather the insecurity that is a turn off. Nice entrapment move.
