Mezoroller with injection. Can I buy it?

Okay minoxidil works for me. But I cannot use it on long hair. Only when the hair is short.
i don't know english and i use a translator. So I drew a picture. Is there such a device as in the picture?

I use my 2.0mm on my longish hair. The longer needle gauges don't get caught in your hair so much.
