Minoxidil 5% absorption!

hello,iam using mioxidil for almost 4 months and i have not seen any regrowth.i just want to ask that on the leaflet that comes with minoxidil it is written that minoxidil is poorly absorbed in scalp and "local abrasion or dermatitis may theoretically increase systemic absorption" so what does it mean?how can i enhance its absorption what does it mean by local abrassion?how can i do local abrassion?

Local absorption = in the skin, good
Systemic absorption = into your blood flow, bad, lower blood pressure, irregular heart beat etc. If you have open soars on your scalp

you can enhance minoxidil's effects by taking it in combination with finasteride and nizoral shampoo twice weekly. minoxidil by itself can produce great results for some people but for most it only does a little bit, especially on it's own
