minoxidil absorption and Fluridil use

I have an interesting regimen where I apply minoxidil in the morning (Dr. Lee's quick dry) and let it dry for 30 mins. My hair is thin so with the exception of a slight sticky feel, it feels dry to the touch in about 15 mins. Then I lightly blow dry my hair for a few minutes to make sure the scalp is dry in preparation to apply Fluridil.

My question is, by drying my hair/scalp am I essentially negating the effects of the minoxidil application? I know Fluridil should not be applied to damp scalp because the water breaks it down, but how does minoxidil behave if I make a point to dry the scalp after applying?

I would assume that it has already absorbed into your scalp. before you lightly blow dry. To be on the safe side I would blow dry on a cool setting..
