I have been using minoxidil 5% for some time but mostly on the front. Should I also use it on the vertex (top)? There is space for it but I had my doubts since this area is the most responsive to finasteride. Summarizing - I am wondering should I leave this area just for 1/5 proscar or should I reinforce it with a mix of minoxidil 5%+capsaicn+flutamide?

As long as there it's still thick in your vertex there is no need to use foam since the finasteride will hinder this area from shedding.
