Do you have to apply minoxidil only after your hair is completely dry? That's what I've been doing and it's a pain to blow dry my hair or towel it and wait forever for it to dry.

You can apply minoxidil to a wet or a dry scalp. Applying to a hydrated (not soaking wet) is actually better as it increases the minoxidil absorbtion.

As far as blow drying - they say blow drying your hair after applying minoxidil could actually negate the minoxidil entirely, unless you work at a totally cool setting.

I apply my Dr. Lee's to a hydrated scalp - and it works out just fine.

BUT - I discovered that when I apply ozbrew - it's best to apply to a dry scalp (w/ hair already totally dry). When I apply ozbrew to a wet scalp w/ wet hair - it takes the better part of the day until my hair looks dry again.
