msm per day?

i dunno how many people use msm, but im going to try it out i think
how much of the stuff should i take per day though
because i saw on the bottle in the store that it says take 2-3 per day?
seems a bit much


for whoever is on this stuff, how much are you taking per day ?

i take msm1000 (GNC)
i take 3 a day sometimes even 4 if i want my hair to grow faster

from what ive heard its harmless and i heard that its good for
ligaments and sh*t like that.......this is good for me b/c i have had
both shoulders operated on
